Suggest a new ISP for business
We are currently with Eclipse and have been for several years. A couple of years ago they had terrible problems with email and its happening again - very slow, errors, incorrect password when it isn't, my MD complaining to me like its my fault etc etc.
So its time to move on.

I have 2 lines with Zen and both have worked perfectly
Why don't you have a different host for your email service? Separate it from the ISP, makes moving in the future easier and get your own domain name?

If I were you I'd seperate the two.
We've had no broadband in work from Monday morning until about 12pm today.
We're an IT company
So customers can't email stuff to us and vice versa
We can't access customers remotely
We do a lot of support stuff with microsoft - this can only be done electronically
I've had conference calls where one supplier in particular had to fax me a 50 page document to prepare for a conference call.
******* nightnare
Sprung back to life about 2 hours ago, and this isn't the first time either.
Rang ISP and ask what was wrong (They originally say BT say there is a fault with the line either in the building or outside but don't know which)
We ask then to contact BT, which they said BT haven't done anything
Haven't done anything - Yeah right, you mean won't admit.
We've been trying to move to NTL, but we can't get the ba$tards to even do a site survey.
8 weeks we've been waiting now
