Default tried google chrome beta on mac?

I actually like Safari and was only curious about chrome as a browser. Chrome turns out to be a damn sight faster and uses let memory too.

rats.

I saw the announcement about it, but have not downloaded it as yet, might do it later though.

On PC it is significantly faster than IE & Firefox.

Will download it for Mac later on

Highly recommended imho.

I used the alpha, it was good, but a bit too ugly, webkit works just fine for me.

I've been using this and it feels quicker than Safari and way better than Firefox.

Been playing with it, and yeh, on the whole, it's pretty good.

It does miss out on the plugins for Firefox, and some html editors on some of the wed-based apps don't work, but a good start. Will keep using it as a 2nd browser until they develop it further....
