Can you run two Harddrives with diff mbs and GBs?

Default Can you run two Harddrives with diff mbs and GBs?

Cant find the computer page.

Ive got 2x 250 GB Hard drives both 16mb.
If I sell one and buy a 1TB with 32mb will be ok running together? Or cant you do it?

It can be done, although to get the best from it you may need some help to set it up. I say this based only on how you described the drives above. The new drive will be faster so it should be set as your active primary partition and your OS transferred over to it.

If you are running a RAID array then there could be additional complications. The most notable being that you will not actually be able to access any additional space by changing out only one HDD.

Yes thats no problem at all
Obvioulsy if its riad then it will only be size of the smallest drive

If you are struggling to "find the computer page" then i would suggest it might be best if you drop your machine into a shop somewhere to have it upgraded, rather then tackle the problem yourself
