Your choices are DS Lite or DSi. Got my kids the DS Lite for Xmas, but the DSi has a camera and other things, didnt really ook into it too much, they just want it for the games. Go for the DS Lite, its only about £105 with a game in most stores.

Got 3 DS Lites in the house, all with R4ds/NDSTT cards.....
Great fun
DSi is OK, but not that much of a step above the DS to warrant it (imho)
Not entirely convinced about the DS LL either

I'd go for the DS lite and forget the camera and other stuff on the DSi........spend the extra on a R4DS 4gig card
