They look pretty close once you adjust the brightness and tweak the settings.
I think i initially turned my brightness up in the 360 and then turned it back down as it looked a bit washy for me to be honest.
Seams like the ps3 is having a slightly harder time keeping up with the FPS, probably not even that noticeable once playing side by side.
I assume both versions are running a smaller screen res like MW1 ? (ie they were both under 720p!)
