Don't go to 10.6.2! Apple released 10.6.2 late yesterday and it disabled support for booting on atom based machines.

There has been no official statement from Apple as to why they have done this, and probably won't be. One can only guess it is to prevent use in a market they don't have a machine for (netbook), whereas other markets they do have products.

in point of fact, don't upgrade to 10.6.2 until your set up has been verified by someone else

I am reconsidering my move to Snow now. My 10.5.8 is nice and stable

I read about that too. I'm still stuck on 10.5.7, so no issues here

I'm waiting at least another week before going to Snow on my iMac. I don't trust the .0 or .1 releases, stems from the pile of steaming poo that was 10.0.
