Why won't Firefox save my passwords anymore?
I've got the latest version as far as I'm aware: 3.5.3
It seems that even after clicking on save my password/leave me logged in for 24 hours etc. I come back to the PC and 9 times out of 10 I have to log back in again.
Some sites seem to save my password but I still have to click log on again, whereas some I have to type it in. I'm also worried as its a shared PC and I Can't seem to get rid of my usernames and passwords anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Had the same issue for ages and when it finally hacked me off so much to go and search I found this ... Profile folder - Firefox - MozillaZine Knowledge Base
Sorted my problems out.

Ooops! Sorry - thought that link covered all the bases but it's just a description ....
Use that link + Firefox not Saving Cookies + Firefox not saving cookies.
Between the 3 they should sort you out. Best check all the simple things first, like boxes ticked/not ticked, clear cookies etc.
Remember that you'll have to re-enter all your usernames/passwords afterwards.
