Are PS3 games region free?
As above will a UK PS3, play Asian games as i've found a deal on COD Modern warfare 2 for £36

The only region locked game so far is Stranglehold; Sega say that Bayonetta will be too.
The official line is:
"PLAYSTATION 3 software is not restricted by region. The majority of games purchased in another country will work on any PLAYSTATION 3 system. However, the decision to make games region specific is made by the publisher of each title and as a result, some games may not work on a PLAYSTATION 3 system purchased in a different country.”
Assuming you're using an HDTV, then you're unlikely to have any issues.
I've pre-ordered the God Of War Collection from Canada since it won't be available in Europe this year.

Oh, and EA have been known to region lock online play in some games (Army Of Two is one example) - so there is potential to do this, but Activision are unlikely to.

my only concern about that site is when i will get the game as i would like it on release and coming from Asia, i could potentially take a week to arrive...hmmmmm decisions
