I would assume that that price drop would happen any time now, i dont know exactly when but with the release of X-Box and the impending release of the gamecube its got to happen.

yeah i would say sony have to do something, as all the mags will come out hyping the new releases so they will want something to get the ps2 at the front of the headlines.

They should've done that a month ago.

Drop a PS2 to £149.Would get loads of sales at that price - a lot still won't pay £200. And are people really gonna pay double for an XBox?

So instead people go and buy and XBox, then Sony drop the price.....


Bolting the stable door etc etc.....
