Computer graphics card problem
Hi there,
I have a computer in my media room which is connect to an onkyo 606 via hdmi & then ffeds to a Panny 50" over the past month its started to flicker & then i cant see the screen, so i have changed both HDMI cables & still the same. I have ruled out the amp by changing ports, the amp also runs a PS3, Xbox & Sky HD & they seem fine.
So can anyone give me any pointers ? I tried an monitor in the SVGA ???? port & it was fine. Although the HDMI cable runs from a DVI ??? port.
TIA
Stephen

this maybe a combination of two things i agree with jaytc it could be a GFX card driver update that has caused this i would suggest that you go to the card manufacturer's website and grab the most upto date drivers then once you have followed all the installation insturctions and restarted the machine check control panel graphic setting and check the refresh rate that the screen is set to and get this up as far as you can.
