Cool Possible virus or googlemail hijack?

I received a load of delivery failure notifications today after a mail had gone out to all my contacts with the following link in it

hxxp://rapidshare.com/files/263190735/setup.exe?0,3989323

There was no record of it in my sent mail on my PC, but I could see it in my sent mail if I logged into Googlemail.

A few people actually contacted me to see if I had sent it, so I sent out a mail to all the contacts telling them not to touch any mail from me for the time being.

I think it's more likely that my googlemail account has been compromised as opposed to an infection because it seemed to contain those contacts (if you select all from Outlook express on my PC it won't send as not all of my contacts are valid email addresses).

Any idea on what it is has been sent out or what I should do? (I am running a thorough scan and have changed the password on my Googlemail account already).

Thanks

Geezer
