ISP Affecting Torrent Speeds?
I was just wondering if your ISP could have something in place to slow down torrents? I don't use them that often and it might just be a coincidence, but the few that I have tried to download since changing over to BT have been annoyingly slow.

Well it seems you were all spot on: I saw download speeds during the day of well over 100kb/s. Quite a pain in the **** having them throttled at peak times though...I may have to look into this and find out about other ISPs.
