I've always gone for Samsung's and had no problems yet. I wouldn't order from Amazon though. I almost did until I realised they were selling the outgoing model and I could get the latest model for the same price from Costco but with a 3 year rather than 1 year warranty. I think the Costco warranty is now 5 years as well.

I quite like the look of the samsung's , side by side in the shops they look as good as any, and much better than the cheaper brands (teknika etc). I guess I have to check the model numbers carefully if getting from amazon !!
