Ive downloaded an ISO image that is 990Mb in file size, i only have 700Mb blank CD-R discs, is their an ISO version od DVD shrink or some other similar software that will allow me to reduce the size of this ISO image file ?

You can open it with MagicISO or PowerISO, extract what you need then recreate an ISO?

Do you have to burn it? couldn't you just mount it with a virtual drive like Daemon Tools?
