Are you trying to find a board to run the AMD XP chip ? What memory do you plan to use SDRAM or DDR ?

well, I've done a little research and I've come up with the following mobo...

Soltek SL75-DRV4 (DDR).

Tomshardware.com used this mobo in a AMD1900+/P4 2ghz compare.

Cool

I run an XP1800+ in an Abit KR7a-Raid motherboard. The settings are in the bios for the 1900+. I bought my board before christmas so you should have no problems. I should probably update my bios but flashing bios chips worries me, I don't want a dead pc!

Yeah, ABIT kr7a-raid here too. Athlon XP200+. BIOS needed to be flashed to support 12.3/13 multiplier but it went very smoothly.

Both bought very cheaply from www.overclockers.co.uk as a bundle with coolermaster ('kin noisy) fan.

The Abit boards are definately worth looking at.
I am running the slightly older KT7A RAID with an AMD 1.4GHz Thunderbird - the later models of this board (Version 1.3) will support XP chips with a BIOS update.

Happy hunting!!
