I have a Humax PVR which decodes Freeview and passes the signal to a CRT television.

When I try to use the red button to view, for example, the Grand Prix highlights, I see about 10 seconds of GP and then it changes to music which is on the 'other' red button channel.

Each time I use the red button I see a different bit of highlights, so it seems to initially work correctly then change to a different channel.

The red button stuff is available on channels 301 and 302. 302 seems to work properly, but if I select 301 then i get the 10 seconds then it changes to 302.

Anyone else get the same issue? Anyone managed to resolve the issue.

It's driving me nuts because I don't see how it can be an equipment issue, its almost like the two channels are on very close frequencies and the decoder decides to go for the stronger one which is always 302; but that can't happen with a digital signal can it?

Have re-'tuned' all the channels with no success.

Any advice gratefully received.

your box is faulty i think , as we was using my father in laws humax with no problems

Re-acquired all the channels again last night and now all is well Had been wrong for weeks though. Ho-hum.
