Not having had one before, I thought mine was just normal but someone has said it's really loud.
Subjectively, I'd say it's maybe twice as loud as my mouse button and as loud as a clicky type keyboard. (Early compaq or ibm style)

The bar on mine squeaked really badly, but then stopped working altogether when strumming down (worked ok strumming up, but I didn't use it that way.
Anyway, I filled in an online form on their website and got a brand new guitar within the week - superb service. They didn't even want the old one back.
I was that impressed I wanted to email them with thanks, but couldn't find a relavant email address on their website.

Do you mean the World Tour guitar?, mine squeaks a lot, it's a pretty common fault by the looks of it, altho mine seems to work ok others have had them replaced.

The GH3 guitar in comparison is a lot quieter.

GH3 but it's not squeaky, it's clicky. It's the microswitch activating but seems it's louder than it should be.
