can you trace file transfers by user that have been performed in the last week?

 

As standard NT will only audit file transfers over FTP. Standard copying is not audited.

There is third-party software out there that will do the job but it's fairly expensive and takes a hit out of the server performance.

Plus you can only audit the last week if the software was running for that period.
