Default 2 lap tops, 3 devices...print server?

My office set up is:

Two laps that each need to access the two printers and a scanner. At times one of the lap tops may be out of office so how best to set up? We have a wifi router for the BB.

I want a box that i plug the 3 devices into (USB 2?) and then that plugs into the router and all the pcs can then get to those devices.

Simple?

Yep, only downside is you need a client per machine and there's no simultaneous access but for printing or scanning you don't need it, disks you can kick people off if you need.

It's not a NAS or print server or usb switch but designed pretty much for your scenario.

It's just for me and my PA so seems perfect. Disk access - i just set the laptops to sync at different times (assuming they are in range)
