Dell Boys and Girls
Hi all
I am nearing taking the plunge and starting my own IT company. I have a couple of consistent clients already and a few sporadic ones, from where I have been running along side my current employment.
Anyway I am coming up with ways to possibly secure more business and seeing as I am already a partner with Dell on the purchasing side I was hoping to become a field Technician whereby they would call me out to site when they had something within my geographical area.
The only thing is how do I start by getting onto this sort of program, and is their anyone on here already doing that ???
Thanks in avance

Dell sub out their field tech support to a company called BanTec.
The dell engineers we see in our office have a large area to cover and they put some serious miles in.
Its not just within say 25 miles. You also have to drive to your depot every morning to collect your rota and parts..
Approach Bantec and see what they say.
