Default How can I find out the spec of my PC?

I am going to try sell my old desk top pc on eBay but dont have the original paerwork to list the spec. I'm after the RAM, memory etc. Can I find all this in a file on the actual PC?

Many thanks in advance!

If you click on My Computer with the right hand mouse button and select Properties that'll tell you the memory and CPU.

And then goto Device Manager, this will tell you about most of the components in your box.
