How to copy Contacts etc from iPhone to iPhone?

I've just got a new 3G iPhone and would like to copy contacts etc.. from the 2G one.

Is this possible? I can't seem to find an easy way.

Your contacts from the 2G should be synced with your PC, you just sync the new one with your PC.

The easiest way appears to be to Backup iPhone 1, restore iPhone 2 from the backup of 1 and then you have an exact copy of everything on the phone.
