For some reason, I am unable to access the login page of the national lottery website from my main PC at home. It seems to be the only page so far. Now I would usually think they have a problem, but I tried it from my laptop, using the same connection and it worked fine.

I have tried it through IE, Chrome and Opera and all get the same result. I have had pages not work before, but I get a very specific error which I have never seen before.

I get a message saying Internet Explorer cannot display the page, but then I get a button which says 'Diagnose Connection Problems'.

Obviously I don't get that on Chrome or Opera.

Any ideas?

I had a problem last year where I couldn't access a few websites on 1 pc but could on another. It turned out that a it was affecting quite a few people on AOL.
It corrected itself after a few days.
