pc freezing all the time

help needed laptop freezing all the time
when avg antivirus runs it gets to this point and freezes up i cant do anything with it other than switching it off this is where it stops.
c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\ink\mshwchsr.dll
i installed malwarebytes and run that and it's exactly the same
any idea's ? thanks in advance dean

This may help:
mshwchsr.dll: Information about Process mshwchsr.dll
Failing that try a repair on the file using your Vista Install disk/ a chkdsk/scandisk. Sounds like the file is corrupted.
