Can you define in the word 2003 policy, to always compress inserted pictures? as some of our users seem to like having 100mb+ word documents with a few photo pictures inserted!!
yeah i know where it is, and looked in the current policy but cant seem to see how to always apply it, and users are too dumn to do it themselves!!
Ah. Dumb users. Your story reminds me of a previous (West Coast based) computer company. The M'ting VP decided to send out a presentation (on new products or something) to his staff - but the alias he copied it to was actually most of the company. His presentation was 50MB (ish) and went all around the world - several times. And he sent it more than once. Aaarrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ...

PS: sorry, can't help with the Word problem - unless you want to remove it from users machines - text only documents??
