Default will this get rid of my big footer?

i still cant get rid of the bladdy thing

the link i posted up is for printing, its no good. i hve changed my settings in the file tab for headers and footers etc and its still the same

maybe its not a footer lol its a margin

i think you have found me the solution

i don't understand much of the bumph written so i will have to wait for the brains of the outfit to finish work, cheers


i dont know why i didnt call it a 'gray bar' before

I take it you done what I said in the other thread and it didn't work?

Go to the Task Manager and completly shut down Firefox, end the process, but before you do copy this...

firefox -safe-mode

Then goto Start>Run and copy the above in the box, then when that box comes up click on the reset toolbars and reset user preferences

it didnt work but i am likely to have done it wrong anyway


its all done now, we had to delete some manifest or something in the chrome folder.

all systems working
