Default Noticable slowing of framerate in GT5P (PS3)

This has only recently started, since the latest update.Anyone else noticed it yet with this and other games.

Nathan.

Could be the infamous dodgy "batch" of Nvidia chips now finding their way into desktop machines too ?
HP admits 38 desktops have defective Nvidia chips - The INQUIRER

As you say, it sounds more like a driver issue, so I very much doubt it, but just thought I'd mention it

Well i hope it isn't this one is the 60gb version, from the first batch of PS3's if that makes a difference spectrum. It only gets worse in the in-car view, when turning corners. Also it is not a huge drop in framerate, just a juddering effect of the scenery and does not always happen. Also it is not like the GT5 demo, where is momentarily slows down then is fine again.

Nathan.

Hold on - I got my lines crossed. Thought you were referring to a PC graphics card.

I'll get me coat...
