My work computer has just had some work done on it by the ironically named "helpdesk" and one of the faults it now has is that it's not remembering my Scoobynet login details.

Have they changed a setting and can I change it back?

It's a laptop which I use at home

Although, I've just tried to use it and the "helpdesk" have really mucked up my settings as it will not connect to my home network. I hope the on site support is in on Monday!

They may have changed your IE settings via Group Policy.

If they have then you won't be able to change it, unless you know the exact registry key that's changed by the GPO, even then it will reset itself back (asuming they also haven't blocked your access to the registry via GPO which is what we do)
