They are quite simple things, so if it is under guarantee just send it back.
Otherwise, clean the connectors, take it apart and look for any lose components (there is usually just the connector, memory card holder and a chip).

pc see the files ,tried it in 2 ds's now and doesn't work in any of them. Anyone reccomend any where to get 2 new ones .
