Default Vista and Aero - maximised windows

If I maximise a window, Aero disables itself - the see-through effect disappears.

Tested on 2 PCs now.

Can't find out why by Googling.

Is this normal?

Thanks, Kevin.

So it does. I guess that makes it normal.
