How to change text on Internet Explorer Title Bar

Anyone know where to change the text which appears on the title bar on internet explorer. The ISP's usually put their name there when you install their software. Need to get rid of.

I believe you can do a "find" in regedit with the name of your ISP. When you find it I guess you can change it.
