FFS why cant they stop updating!!!!

sneaky bstids, have just installed V3 over my V2,

I hate V3 i dont like the poxy autocomplete and data gathering browserbar.

Now i find all versions of V2 arnt working, (well not on my machine anyway )

and i cant disable the option on the browserbar in V3 cos it wont let me uninstal it to reinstall it.


where theyve hidden it is anyones guess.

search for browser.urlbar
Change the browser.urlbar.maxRichResults integer to 0.

It just got rid of the urlbar dropdown for me altogether. I want it, just the way it used to be!

Change browser.urlbar.matchOnlyTyped to True

Go into Tools --> Options --> Privacy. Then untick the 'Keep my history' and 'Remember what I enter in forms' options
