Anyone a Cisco UC500 installer?
Or know it well ?
We've had one installed but the install is not complete and the engineer has gone off on holiday for 3 weeks. Typical BT not giving much help apart from remote logging in by some India support team which I cant understand and they cant understand me.
Need a few questions answering on doing a few bits and bobs to get the bulk of it ok to live with.
