Recently when replying to Email’s, paragraph signs and full stops have appeared in the text. I don’t know how to switch them off, anyone know?

Sounds like you have configured Micro$oft Word to be your default editor, and those settings are currently enabled in Word.

Either go into Word and turn 'em off, or change your e-mail editor - somewhere in Tools/Options, depending on what version of Outlook you are using.

Thanks Boomer, yes, it is under, outlook, tools, options, mail format. What I don’t understand is how I managed to change the setting without going into outlook. I must have hit a key or several from the keyboard.
