loads on there in catagories or just go to audiko.net and leave the last part out and you can search or upload your songs which they convert..Not tried that so not sure how good that is..

You can make your own within iTunes - if you have an MP3 track - encode it to AAC, the file extension is M4A - apparently all you have to do is edit the file extension so it reads M4R and then add it to the ringtones folder in iTunes...

Well I couldn't get my ringtones into itunes but maybe because I didn't trim them down. Anyway used this and works a treat iRinger :: iPhone Ringtone Factory
Edit: trimmed down an mp3 in itunes to 30 secs then converted it to aac and changed file ext to m4r and then dragged it into the ringtones and worked fine
