pnpacme.exe has encountered a problem

For the last few days my pc keeps coming up with the windows error report saying pnpacme.exe has encountered a problem.

Any ideas what this could be

Are you absolutely sure of the spelling of "pnpacme"?

Yep definately how its spelt, I have a screen dump here.

Tried to do a search on net but it comes up with nothing

That's why I thought it might be a spelling error. Very very unusual not to get a hit.

Have you installed anything or changed any hardware in the last few weeks?

The name would suggest its plug n play related. If you could get screen dump up with all of its details it may help.
