PSP seems to be foofed

I was using my PSP the other day, went to change the game for another, and it would not recognise the other disk, so I thought it may be the game at first, now it wont recognise any disk. And if you turn it on with any disk in it just brings up a frozen yellowish screen.

Any thoughts guys?
