Games and Vista 64

Does Soldier of Fortune 2 work on Vista 64?

Google is quite helpful, but annoyingly not explicit enough.

Also, I have a copy of Assassins Creed (It came with my PC) I am not bothered about - anyone want to swap for something else that they're not playing any more (including SoFII as I haven't bought it yet)?

COD4 does and COD2 does in XP compatability mode (not tried since XP1). If it works on XP you would expect it to at least in XP Compatability mode.
