Anyway to take the music track off a video?
Is there any programme that i can use so that i can remove just the music off a video track and then save that music as an mp3 file?

I'm fairly sure Quicktime Pro will allow this. If the media you're viewing has it stored as separate tracks, you should be able to view the track info and I think a simple copy and paste of the track will allow you to save that exported audio.
