Question Nokia microSD card - help!

I've got a new 2GB microSD card for my Nokia 6300 and want to transfer all the data from the current puny 128Mb card over to the new one.

I've got an adapter so I can plug the card directly in to the laptop.

I've tried copying all the folders and data from the old microSD card to a temporary folder on the laptop to allow me to copy it to the new card.

But....There are some items that won't copy over! It says access is denied. Any ideas how I can copy them or can't I?

The items that won't copy are "Nokia Application Installer file" and "Shaockwave Flash Object" files.
