Can't believe no one has commented on this - the ability to install OEM OSX onto any (non amd at the moment) PC, laptop or not, and no hacking about.
Controversial as this company isn't distributing osx in any form.

Engadget article seems to indicate it's not actually available just yet. If it is available an does what it claims, it is rather interesting. No having to hack things to get OS X on a generic PC, plus SoftwareUpdate should actually work, which is big bonus.
