Default Mario Kart Wii
Anyone know how you attain 3 stars when you win a cup?

Only managed 2, I've read that you need to win all races and be first accross the line on each lap but I've done that and still only got 2, anyone know for certain?

I read you also had to get a very good lap time. As to if thats true or what the times to beat are - I have no idea.
