Has anyone noticed the service quality drop drasticaly recently?

My line speed has dropped recently.

was 8.1mb but actual d/l was 6. something........... getting about 3meg if i'm lucky now....

It's still a steady connection with no dropping..

My connection keeps dropping out reconnecting, have to reboot my router a few times a day. Changed routers no luck

I had the same thing......

was using a DG834g v2 with latest firmware...... but done some research and I needed at least a V3 with latest firmware....

using same router. I have Firmware Version V4.01.06

No idea what version i have can i find out from the config. If it is v2 can i upgrade it?

i dont have a good word to say about talk talk.
Lousy customer service, stupidly unreliable connection oh and you pay for free broadband?
Support for anything free is always gonna be rubbish IMO.
I have had lots of customers woes down to this company.
If its that good service, then why are carphone warehouse pushing AOL?

Nuff said!
