GTA IV - Saved games problem
Can anyone help with this one, whenever I try to save the game in GTA4 it comes up with an error - "Error in device selection". The blade flashes up and then disappears where you would normally select Hard disk or memory card.
I've tried re-seating the hard disk and re-booted the xbox but no joy.
I've got a mate coming over tomorrow to try his disk in case the game disc is faulty. All other games still work ok and the Xbox is only a month old.
Here's a very short Youtube clip of the problem i'm getting.

Any ideas anyone

Ok, looks like my month old console is goosed.
I've been into a few other games and tried to change the storage location and it comes up with similar messages. They're ok if i've already done game saves but it won't let me choose a different memory device.
Same happens from the dashboard in Xbox live marketplace.
Most annoying thing is I only bought this 360 as it has HDMI and is supposed to run quieter, it was just as noisy and is now faulty after just a month.
Should have stuck to my old launch day machine

UPDATE - Argos were very good and refunded me under the 30 day money back deal. I then popped over to Comet and got an Elite instead, all seems to be working fine - just need to wait for my hard disc transfer kit to turn up now so I can move all my stuff across to the new hard drive.
On with the singleplayer - I've lost count of the number of times i've done the first ten minutes
