Who has pre ordered Wii Fit then?
Anyone getting this? I was dubious about it but having read up it is actually supposed to be rather good and the Japanese have gone crazy for it. Then everywhere was sold out of pre orders and saw Argos were the only ones left taking orders. Chanced it thinking they wont honour it saying not enough stock and had delivery confirmed for tomorrow by phone and a letter in the post Got to be a lot less hassle sweating your knackers off in the lounge rather than going to the gym after work

You'll be waiting a long time as Nintendo have kept to their normal practice of keeping stock low and demand high so prices remain high. Look at the console itself, not one price drop since it was released. The fact 360's are now cheaper than Wii's shows just how strong Nintendo's pricing is.

Apparently all Tesco's have small quantities in stock, and are selling them for £55 or so from midnight tonight, not too bad, and if i'm in and see it I might just pick it up at that price.

My brother called me bloody early this morning to tell me he picked one up at ASDA totally by chance, last one on the shelf. £40 I think (It was early).

ours turned up yesterday.
Was skeptical of it - but suprisingly good fun - especially skiing
Cant see me ever using it for the fitness side though.

I've had to take a rest from it already as those press up side twist things have killed my stomach muscles (what there is of them behind the beer gut). For someone that has had no exercise in years like me this has to be of some help. Most difficult part is sorting my diet out to go with it.
As for Yoga that can stay a wimmins sport as i'm not nearly falling through the telly again.

Yes it does, certainly on the muscle workout exercises as my stomach killed for days after only doing a few press ups with side twists or what ever they are. The jogging makes me get into a sweat so that's obviously getting me burning calories so for me its good. However I am extremely unfit and about 2 stone overweight so it works for me but for anyone who already has a reasonable level of fitness will probably find they have to do a lot on it to get any benefit.
