Dual boot with win2k pro and win2k advanced server

Just wondering if anyone knows if there are known issues with this configuration, I have rebuilt twice in the last month has after a few weeks of use im getting blue screened with Stop 0x00000051 some memory allocation bollorks. Anyway decided to rebuild with just advanced server this time but im feeling nervous has to whether this is going to happen again!
