Maths Training For Nintendo DS Lite
I just bough this game for my 7 year old and She loves it.
I know of late there is a lot of talk of kids playing too many computer games and rotting their minds.
BUT..... I can't recommend this game enough. She has been on it for probably no more than 15mins on and off most days for the past two weeks and I can already see a dramatic improvement in her math skills.
She was already very into her maths and this game has helped all the more.
There are some games out there that are a good thing!!

Get a CycloDS instead.... better than an R4 as has onboard flash RAM and you don't need anything on the SD card other than NDS roms.
Latest firmware also runs GBA roms direct from the CycloDS GUI (as long as you have a GBA cart in slot2, so a EZ 3-in-1 or similar).
So - for the ULTIMATE DS experience, buy a CycloDS (about £38), an 8GB MicroSDHC (about £30) and an EZflash 3-in-1 slot2 card (about £12) for extra RAM (required to run Opera browser), rumble pack and GBA capability all in one device. The CycloDS and EZ3-in-1 are both available in black or white, which was a prime factor in my purchasing - as I've got a black DS I wanted a black slot1 and black slot2 cart...
Anyway, that lot is slightly more expensive than the R4 bundles linked to above but a better cart and overall solution IMHO... though they're really all much-of-a-muchness these days and whichever you get you won't be disappointed.

I've got all 2200+ NDS ROMS currently available, all from the Newsgroups... IIRC 25GB+ all downloaded in a few hours.

Ummmm..... you could always get the DS TT (from Amazon of all places) with a 2Gb micro-SD card it costs about £30 and comes with the SD adapter.
All you need do is download the menu from their web-site and you're off.
Right now I have 527 (just checked!) games for the DS on my HDD. (20Gb worth)

I got one for my daughter last week, downloaded the menu etc and put games on it.
After about 4 or 5 loads of different games it froze and wouldn't load any more.
Read other instructions about formatting the memory card first - which I hadn't done.
Worked for maybe half a day then started to freeze again when loading.
Read more instructions which said to format as FAT and not FAT32.
Worked again maybe half a day then froze again.
Read somewhere else that when it does freeze turn on cheat mode and it'll fix it.
So, it froze on Friday mid afternoon, switched on cheat mode on the game in question.
It hasn't failed since.
Got about 45 games on the memory card - plenty.

None so far Urban - my wife has had hers for about a month now with no problems. My boss and his wife have one each and no issues there either.
There ARE updates for the menu system available - I'm running version 10 at the moment. Have you updated yours?
