Mail Box Full?!
I have a work pc on small network. All my emails are handled through pop3 on bt as they host my domain names and website.
On one of my machines, I get an email from postmaster@he.local saying...
From: System Administrator [mailtoostmaster@he.local]
Sent: 30 March 2008 02:27
To: Accounts PC
Subject: Your mailbox is closed
Importance: High
Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 10 KB.
Mailbox size limits:You may not be able to send or receive new mail until you reduce your mailbox size.
To make more space available, delete any items that you are no longer using or move them to your personal folder file (.pst).
Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders count against your size limit.
You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space will not be freed.
See client Help for more information.
Is this junk? Spam etc or do I need to do something about this?
I still have emails come through to that machine although its not many, and there is only about 50 emails on that account, sent and received etc anyway.
Thanks

Never heard of he.local before. Nothing I have seen before.
I am supposed to be looking after the computers etc but I have no formal training etc.
My email account which I set up the same way as all the others, has something like 10,000 emails stored, my sisters too. I see no reason why the other machines shouldnt have this size storage?
Thanks for the fast reply.

Have a look at google. There are a lot of entries for postmaster@he.local, most point back to BT.
