I cant find a copy of it anywhere and i don't really want to clog up my 40gb HDD and i dont want to buy it from an on line store then wait for delivery.

If i pay the £25 and download it how big is the file or should i wait?

A single layer Blu-ray disc is 25gig, but I wouldn't of thought its that big. Doesn't it tell you before you buy it? If it doesn't thats stupid.

Doesnt matter if you DL or buy the BD - its installs 6gb to the HDD anyway, plus the update which is another 400mb. Funnily though, if you use the disc version you still need the disc in the drive to play it.

The game has gone through so many versions (8 since october with more to come) having half on the disc and half on the HDD has probably overcomplicated things which is why it installs to HDD.

I got mine off PSN - it was on the first page. the download is 1.8gb.

Just bought the game on disc, just waiting for the install and bloody updates!

This really pisses me off on the PS3.

Yep, the PS3 updates are pretty slow. Sad thing is that it's not really worth the wait

One of the future updates is private lobbies, until then you're stuck with the great unwashed, who all appear to be french at the moment!! Daytona speedway is good fun, even if the racing is as dirty as it gets...
