Default System restore

I have been having trouble with my printer recently so I did a system restore and the printer works fine but I have lost my itunes application. I have tried to download it again, but when I try and install the file (50 something MB) it comes up with this screen

Followed by this one

I am completely stumped with this (nothing unusual there)
I can't restore back again. I just get a message everytime saying 'your computer cannot be restored to this time' on every date I try and do

Can some one please help???

Have you checked your add/remove programs? Maybe you need to remove what was there before.

I've tried that and it comes up with the same message as above.

When you have the option: Save rather than run.

then go to where you saved the .msi file and run it manually

I tried both running it and saving it, neither work.

Something else that worries me slightly is the fact that I can no longer restore to an earlier time.
I've run my anti virus and spyware programs and they were both fine.

What does it mean by 'the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'?

Hmm the path to your My Docs, etc seems to be in a folder called Network Service & there's a broken shortcut in your quick launch bar (though this may not be related).
Download the file again and save it to the root of the C drive and try install it again.
